About Dr Sameer Lamichhane

Dr. Sameer graduated as a Dental Surgeon in 2011 from Nepal. He moved to Australia in 2013 and started his dental career in Australia working as a Lead Dentist at a public service in Victoria since 2017. While in Victoria he was able to work in a range of environments from rural Victoria to both public and private practice in Melbourne. He moved to Primary Dental as a full-time dentist in 2019 and has brought his passion for dentistry and community to Primary Dental and now have made this practice and Toowoomba his home.

What Dr Sameer loves about dentistry?

With over 11 years of experience overseas and in Australia, Dr Sameer is compassionate and all his patients receive the same dedication in care. Dr. Sameer enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is dedicated to achieving optimal results for patients. His areas of expertise and interest are cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry including smile makeover, restoration, aged patients, full mouth rehabilitation apart from having fine skills in Root Canal Treatment and Extractions including surgicals. He is also an active participant in training, courses, seminars and strongly believes in learning every day. Having an interest over implants Dr Sameer is soon starting his training for implant dentistry as well.

Outside of work, Dr. Sameer loves spending quality time with his wife, 3-year-old daughter and newborn boy. He loves playing with tools and you may come across him in aisles of Bunnings. He also makes mean Goat curry while in the kitchen.
