Terms and Conditions: Primary Dental August 2024 Promotion

• The Primary Dental Health Week promotion commences on the 1st of August 2024 at 6am AEST and closes at 11.59pm 31st of August 2024.
• The draw is promoted by Primary Dental.
• Eligible Entrants can win 1 x $500 voucher.
• Entrants can be new and existing patients of the Primary Dental practice visiting.
• Entrants must be 18 years or above excluding employees and relatives of Primary Dental.
• Entrants/Patients can only enter once.
• The prize must be collected from the Primary Dental centre the entrant has visited for their appointment. The prize will need to be collected within 30 days of being notified.
• Proof of ID must be presented at the time of collection.
• The winners will be chosen at random in a national draw.
• Primary Dental’s decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Winners will be notified within 7 days by a phone call and text message on the number registered during the appointment. Reasonable measures will be taken to contact the winner.
• If the winner does not respond, they will lose their prize and Primary Dental reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
• The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• By entering and participating in this prize draw, entrants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
