Each Primary Dental location partners with one or more major health funds as a preferred provider. Health fund coverage may vary between centres, so we recommend calling your local centre or visiting your preferred location’s page to confirm the health funds accepted.

- Fixed Price Offers are only available at participating Primary Dental centres.
- Fixed Price Offers are subject to appointment availability with participating Dentists.
- The New Patient Pack is available to new patients only.
- Services will only be provided where clinically necessary and appropriate for eligible patients.
- Dental services are provided at Primary Dental by independent Practitioners.
- Fixed price offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Government scheme.
- Fixed price offers cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
- Any additional treatment is not included in the Fixed Price Offer and future treatment plans will be discussed with and quoted by the treating dentist.
- If the patient has a dental condition that requires treatment prior to undertaking whitening, this must be disclosed to the Dentist and/or will be discussed with the patient.
