If you receive a Government Benefit such as Family Tax Benefit Part A or other eligible payments from the government including: Youth Allowance ABSTUDY Disability Support Pension Parenting Payment Special Benefit Carer Payment Double Orphan Pension Veterans Children Education Scheme your child may qualify for the CDBS.
