- Dental services are provided at Primary Dental by independent Practitioners.
- Fixed price offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Government scheme.
- Fixed price offers cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
- Any additional treatment is not included in the Fixed Price Offer and future treatment plans will be discussed with and quoted by the treating dentist.
- If the patient has a dental condition that requires treatment prior to undertaking whitening, this must be disclosed to the Dentist and/or will be discussed with the patient.
- Health Fund Terms & Conditions apply for patients with dental cover. Patients are encouraged to check their Health Fund cover prior to making an appointment.
